After several years of providing beautifully custom printed shirts for our customers, we've heard a lot of questions regarding our merchandise and customer service policies. For your convenience, we have compiled answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on Luna B Tee Personalized Shirts here.

Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a valid mistake was made on our end or if the item is clearly defective. We must receive the defective item first before we can send out a replacement.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason you are returning the product.
If we confirm that the product is defective or we have made an error we will reimburse your shipping cost and send out a replacement immediately. If we determine that the product is not defective or the error is not on our end then the cost of shipping to and from will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can you rush my order? TOP
***RUSH orders will be processed in 4 business days from the date of your order and will be shipped RUSH - Priority mail . If your order is to be rushed please choose the RUSH shipping option at check out. This will automatically add your rush and shipping fees.
We do have an overnight ( to most areas) Express shipping option. Please note that this will not speed up your production time (4 business days) but will speed up the shipping time.

Rush orders carry a fee of $5.00 per shirt plus shipping. How soon will my order ship? TOP Our manufacturing time is 2-3 weeks from the time that you placed your order. If you need your order sooner than this time frame you may choose the "rush" option at check out ( via the shipping option). There is a $5.00 per shirt rush charge. What size should I choose? TOP We have provided a size chart to help you better choose the correct size for your child. Please view the size chart and then measure a shirt that your child is currently wearing. Due to the "custom" nature of our items, we cannot accept exchanges for items that do not fit. Can I cancel my order? TOP Due to the custom nature of our products your order must be canceled within 24 business hours. Price Adjustments TOP
We cannot offer a price adjustment after the order is placed. All coupon codes must be entered in at the time of your purchase. Do you ship Internationally? TOP Yes we do ship Internationally via USPS Priority Mail. We do have an International shipping option at check out. Orders shipped outside North America may have additional charges for customs/duties. Luna B. Tee is not responsible for these additional charges. I Want to place an order for X amount of shirts..can I get a discount? TOP
Our retail prices are not negotionalble. We do send out newsletters from time to time that include discount coupons. If you would like to be added to our newsletter list please send us an email to lunabtee@yahoo.com . Please understand that we do not offer a discount on an individual bases in order to keep our pricing fair to everyone.
